Cash registers MINI-400ME, MINI-500ME and MINI-500.02ME with earlier versions of internal software can be upgraded to provide reports electronically. Therefore, the State Tax Service ask the users of such cash equipment not to delay its setting.
The law requires to upgrade existing cash registers or buy new ones for the formation of cash register tapes in electronic form. As of July 1, 2013, the financial liability for non-fullfilment arises.
Note: the State register of payment transactions registers already includes a number of models, which provide transmission of control and reporting information to tax authorities: MINI-T400ME, MINI-500ME (version of the internal software 56-08), MINI-500.02 ME (internal software version 52-09), MINI-FP6 (internal software version 257.05) produced by "Unisystem", and ICS-M500 (internal software version 1.2) produced by "ICS-Market."
The Tax Service predict that soon the State Register will include cash registers by other manufacturers and it is possible that there will be queues in service centers to upgrade them.
