“Undressed, hungry and dirty”: in Uzhgorod a mother and her children live near garbage containers

A Facebook user reported about the disadvantaged family in one of the local communities. The girl said that every day she sees a family consisting of a mother and her four young children. 
"A woman with children spends all days near garbage containers. Dirty and undressed, children crawl in puddles and dirt. They play in the same garbage containers, probably hungry,” – the eyewitness said. 
She also noted that the police had repeatedly passed by the family, but no action had been taken. 
In the comments, people note that they have repeatedly given the woman bags of clothes, but the mother has never put those clothes on the children. 
Facebook users also said in the comments that the woman had been hanging around these garbage containers since she was a child, together with her mother and grandmother.
