Ukrainian land to be sold for 300 “greens” per hectare (video)

In Ukraine, at the initial launch stage of agricultural lands market, the price of 1 hectare ranges from 300 to a thousand dollars, representatives of state land resourses office say.
Regulatory monetary value of agricultural lands, which is about 21 thousand hryvnia per one hectare, is not a market price and is applied solely for fiscal purposes – determining rates of land tax, rental fees and state fees.
