Ukraine is known in the world mostly thanks to the victories of our athletes, achievements of scientists and artists. But now, coins also have a chance to improve the international image of the country. In the fall, in Moscow, there will be one of the most prestigious numismatic contests where Ukrainian products have a chance to win.
The results of the International Competition "Coin constellation-2013", which is being held for the seventh time, will be announced in Moscow on September 26. At this time the International Conference and Coin Exhibition COINS-2013 will be held in the Russian capital. Coins from thirty countries, that were introduced into circulation in 2012, will participate in the competition. That is 270 commemorative coins and 28 coin series!
The numismatic product of the National Bank of Ukraine is widely represented in the competition.
Traditionally, the competition is held in nine major categories. But the winners will be determined not only by the judges, coin collectors and specialists of international museums – anyone will be able to cast their vote. For this purpose, there is a special nomination "Audience Award" – its winner will be determined by voting at http://www.gold10.ru/. The coin, which receives a maximum number of votes, will become the winner.
