Ukraine has three times increased reverse gas supplies from Hungary

Ukraine has 3 times increased reverse supply natural gas from Hungary, or by 3.5 million cubic meters to 5.2 million cubic meters per day compared to July 3.

This is illustrated by the information of the Hungarian gas transportation system operator FGSZ Ltd, the "Ukrainian News" reported.

According to FGSZ Ltd, during July 1-3, Ukraine’s gas imports from Hungary amounted to 1.7 million cubic meters of gas per day.

However, Ukraine has almost twice reduced the volume of reverse gas supplies from Hungary compared to June 30, (on June 30, the imports from Hungary amounted to 9.9 million cubic meters).

As reported, in June, Ukraine imported about 214.1 million cubic meters of natural gas in the reverse direction through Hungary.

On May 1, 2014 Ukraine resumed imports of natural gas through the territory of Hungary.
