Ukraine has increased gas supplies from Hungary

Supplies of natural gas from Hungary have increased by 15% to 5.9 million cubic meters per day.

This was reported by the press service of the "Ukrtransgaz".

As you know, in the morning of January 10, Hungary resumed natural gas supplies to Ukraine.

Earlier, the Minister of Development of Hungary Miklos Shestak said that Hungary could not resume reverse gas supplies to Ukraine until it fills its own storage facilities.

Meanwhile, the head of the "Naftogaz" of Ukraine Andriy Kobolyev told about a possible resuming of gas supplies in December.

Recall that in late September 2014 Hungary suspended reverse gas supplies to Ukraine – as reported by the media, because of the pressure from Russia. 

In total, in 2014, Ukraine imported from Hungary 0.6 billion cubic meters of gas.
