The attorney is convinced that the domestic legal system can not cope with the enforcement of the European Convention on Human Rights in Ukraine.

Once, the Convention of 1950 was intended to defend the core values of Western society. For this, the minimum human rights were established, that were intended to protect the national legal systems of Western Europe. Instead, Western European minimum became the maximum for the countries that joined the Council of Europe after the collapse of the USSR, including – Ukraine, which can not cope with the European "minimum."
