The Prosecutor’s office in Transcarpathian region completed a criminal investigation in the case related to public office who committed a crime according to Part 2 of Article 368 of Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In particular, it was established that in July the Director of Tyachiv training school received a bribe of 1,000 USD. For this amount the official promised to smoothly arrange educational process for the student, prepare driving license of category "B", and grant him documents about the successful completion of this study.
The requested criminal case is directed to court, – informs press service of the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region.
