At the regular session of the city council, the deputies plan to award the title of "Honorary Citizen of Uzhgorod" to Bilanin Volodymyr – former director of Uzhgorod DEZNO and Halyk Oleg – the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Association "Prosvita".
Honorary citizens and their family members (spouses and children under 18) will receive 100% exemption for the entire time of living at the specified address from payments for public utilities (electricity, gas, water, rent, garbage disposal).
Also honorary citizens will have the right for free use of public transport.
