Two residents of Dnipropetrovsk region were detained yesterday in afternoon by border guards of the department "Uzhgorod" during an attempt to violate the state border.
The response team stopped the offenders when they were trying to overcome the blocking fence. During the check, it was found out that the young men were trying to reach the European Union for employment purposes.
Now, the offenders will be held responsible for their actions before the law. After identification and establishment of all the circumstances of the offense, they will be brought to administrative liability under Part 2 of Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses "Illegal crossing or attempt to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine".
