Two illegal gas stations have been shut down in Transcarpathia (VIDEO)

This time, law enforcement officers found gas stations in Tyachiv district.

In the course of investigative actions, the law enforcement officers documented the fact of illegal sale of fuel at the specified gas station without permits. The diesel fuel tank was dismantled, another one – with gas mixture – was sealed. In total, 2 tons of fuel and other equipment was seized. The investigative actions were carried out in the framework of the pre-trial investigation, which is being carried out by the investigators of Security Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region.

Another illegal gas station in the village of Teresva was shut down by members of the interagency group on counteracting illegal gas stations in the region. It is currently sealed. 6 tons of fuel, tank and fuel pump were seized.

Officers of the State Fiscal Service in Transcarpathian region drew up against the owner of the gas station a report of administrative offense under Article 164 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (carrying out economic activity without registration of the economic entity or without a permit document and without a license for retail trade).
