Two persons without documents were arrested yesterday by border guards of the Mukachevo detachment near the Ukrainian-Romanian border, the press service of the unit informs.
During the patroling, the border guards of the department "Dilove" found a car "BMW", the driver of which was known as a person involved in the organization of illegal activities on the border.
In addition to the driver, there were two more persons without documents in the vehicle. Inside the car, border guards also found two wetsuits. And the men themselves admitted that they planned to cross the Tisa river, which forms the border with Romania.
To find out all the circumstances of the offense and draw up administrative documents under Article 204-1 of the CAO, the detainees were taken to the department of the Border Guard Service "Dilove". The detainees were citizens of Ukraine, 19 and 20 years old, both are residents of the city of Rakhiv.
The case was referred to the court, which sentenced the offenders to arrest for 10 days.
