Transit map for Transcarpathians to return home from Hungary

The Hungarian government has released a transit map allowing Transcarpathian and Ukrainian residents to return home 
The Hungarian government has released a transit map allowing residents of Transcarpathia and Ukraine to return home by the M-3 road and enter the country via the Luzhanka checkpoint, it is allowed to make two stops on the road.
Hungary is also reported to have banned transit from Italy, the NZ informs
