Transfer of state-owned agricultural land to the city territorial community will take place in Mukachevo

This decision will be adopted by the deputies of the Mukachevo City Council tomorrow, October 31, at the session of the city council.
The list of draft decisions for consideration at tomorrow’s session of the city council in Mukachevo includes the document “On the initiation of transfer of state agricultural land plots to Mukachevo city united territorial community." 

Those are state-owned agricultural land plots located outside Mukachevo, as well as the villages of Pavshino, Nyzhniy Koropets, Shenborn, Nove Davydkovo, Lavky and Dertsen.
These lands are intended to be made the communal property of the Mukachevo City United Territorial Community within the territory of Mukachevo City Council.

If the decision is adopted, the Mayor of Mukachevo on behalf of the Mukachevo City United Community, will be instructed to send the said decision to the General Directorate of the State Land Registry in Transcarpathian region.
