Transcarpathians with foreign citizenship will be punished

Members of the "Batkivshchyna" filed a bill to criminalize the concealment of a second citizenship, the Espresso TV channel reported.

As referred to in the report, the fact of the legislative initiative is confirmed by the site of the Verkhovna Rada, but the text itself currently is not there

Authors of the bill number 4116, which provides for criminal liability for "failure to inform about the acquisition of foreign citizenship" are MPs from the "Batkivshchyna" Oleksandr Briginets, Leonid Yemets and Andriy Pavlovsky.
