Transcarpathians returning from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary do not need to undergo self-isolation

The Ministry of Health has updated the list of "green" and "red" countries. Popular destinations among Transcarpathians are in the "green zone". 
An up-to-date list of "green" and "red" zone countries has been published on the website of the Ministry of Health. 
The "green" countries include in particular: Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden, Portugal, Croatia, Belarus, Great Britain, Italy, Slovenia, Egypt and others. 
People coming from the "green zone" countries are allowed to the territory of Ukraine without self-isolation and testing 
"Red" countries are in particular Panama, Brazil, Bahrain, Maldives, Israel and the United States. 
All those, who arrive in Ukraine from the "red zone", are obliged either to undergo 14 days isolation, or to have the PCR test done within 24 hours, or to come to the territory of Ukraine with the results of the test done within 48 hours before the moment of border crossing.
