The Cabinet of Ministers propose not to charge tax on real property, other than land, from individuals in 2013, since it takes time to compile the register of tax payers.
The relevant initiative is contained in the government bill number 2405 "On Amendments to Art. 265 of the Tax Code regarding residential real estate," revised for the second reading. Most members of the parliamentary committee on customs and tax policy on Wednesday recommended that the Parliament should adopt the bill in the second reading and in general subject to a number of amendments.
