Storm warning: At night and in the morning of May 22 and 23, 0-2° frosts on the surface of the soil and in the air are expected in the mountainous part of Transcarpathian region (I, yellow level of danger) 
For the day from 21.00 May 21 to 21.00 May 22, 2020 

In Transcarpathian region: Partly cloudy, no significant precipitations. At night and in the morning, 0-2° frosts on the surface of the soil and in the air are expected in the mountainous districts. Northwest wind of 7-12 m / s. The air temperature at night will be 0-5°C, down to –2°C in the mountains, 12-17°C in the daytime, and 3-8°C in the highlands. 
In Uzhgorod: Partly cloudy, no significant precipitations. Northwest wind of 5-10 m / s. The air temperature will be 3-5°C at night, 14-16°C in the daytime.
