Transcarpathians are urged to be careful near bodies of water

At a time when the quarantine restrictions are in place in Transcarpathia, law enforcement officers are monitoring the observance of the set rules by Transcarpathians and taking care of their protection. 
In the summer, when the youngest citizens spend more time in places of recreation and near water bodies, the police make every effort to ensure their safety. Law enforcement officers ask parents to be especially attentive and responsible. 
This is especially true for the safety of minors in Transcarpathia in the summer, during their stay near water bodies. Together with rescuers, the police carry out a number of activities, during which they explain children the rules of conduct on the water and the basics of first aid for victims. 
The head of the juvenile prevention sector of the Transcarpathian police Andriy Kurta addresses the adult residents of the region: 
“Dear parents! Be especially careful and cautious to avoid dangerous accidents while your children are resting. Let’s unite our efforts so that their rest brings only positive emotions," – the message reads.
