To prevent the introduction of the new COVID-19 into the territory of the region, doctors ask Transcarpathians to report about tourist and / or business trips to the countries where coronavirus cases have been registered.
As of March 2, 2020, 89,074 confirmed cases of new COVID-19 coronavirus infection have been registered, including 80,026 cases in China. 45,110 patients were cured of the disease, and the number of deaths from COVID-19 is 3,048.
In Ukraine, no laboratory-confirmed case of a new COVID-19 has been registered.
At the same time, in order to prevent the introduction of the new COVID-19 into Transcarpathian region, the Transcarpathian Regional Health Center asks citizens to report on tourist and / or business trips to the countries where new COVID-19 cases have been registered (planned or already made) to family doctor by phone for medical follow-up.
In general, cases have been reported in the People’s Republic of China, South Korea, Iran, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, Thailand, Kuwait, Taiwan, Bahrain, Australia, Malaysia, UAE, Vietnam, Canada, Macau, Iraq, Oman, Israel India, Philippines, Pakistan, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Nepal, Cambodia, Nigeria, Algeria, New Zealand, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Egypt;
European Region: 1,694 cases in Italy (34 people died and 83 recovered) in the following regions:

– Venus – 263
– Piedmont – 49
– Liguria – 25
– Campania – 17
– Tuscany – 13

– Friuli Venezia Giulia – 6
