Transcarpathian village followed the example of Mukachevo and took the gas distribution system to the balance sheet

Following Mukachevo, another local community of Transcarpathia has taken the gas distribution system to the balance sheet, the Mukachevo.net informs.

By the decision of the session of Svoboda village council, which includes four villages – Danylivka, Badiv, Bakosh, and Svoboda, the gas network within the settlements was transferred to the balance sheet of the local authorities.

The deputies adopted this decision on April 7 at the regular session of the village council.

– We have returned about 20 km of gas network that people, by the way, built at their own expense. Back in 2008 and 2011, we transferred the gas network to the balance sheet of Beregovo branch of the "Zakarpathaz" OJSC. By today’s decision, the gas network was returned to the local community – the village head Vasyl Rushchak said. 

Recall that in response to the introduction of the monthly fee for gas, Mukachevo City Council decided to return the gas network to the community.
