Transcarpathian veterans will have their mobile phone accounts recharged

The government will compensate Transcarpathian veterans for the mobile communication services. In September, the Department of Social Welfare of the Regional State Administration is allowed to finance costs associated with the recharging of mobile cellular phone accounts for users from among the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, in the amount of 15,000 UAH at the expense of the regional budget funds provided for implementation of the program "Care" to strengthen social protection of vulnerable groups of citizens in 2013, via the Information Centre.
