Transcarpathian veterans – mentors of the tax service accept congratulations

"Time passes, the tax laws are summarized into tax codes, tax agencies are reformed from inspectorates to the administration, from the administration to the service, from the service to the ministry, and from the ministry to the fiscal body. Approaches to tax administration change, but the work for the good of the country and its citizens remains unchanged. What we have today, this foundation you have laid with your work is our backbone and provides us with decent progress in the right direction." With these words of gratitude, Oleksiy Petrichenko, the Head of the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region addressed his fellows and mentors on the occasion of the Day of Veterans and Pensioners of Tax Service, during a meeting with members of the local branch of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Association of Veterans of the State Tax Service of Ukraine."

The Chairman of the Board of the local branch Marta Voloshchuk headed the state tax service in the region in April 1990 and was its head for 10 years. Marta Voloshchuk was one of originators of the service – she was engaged in the formation of the service in the region, allocation of the premises for the inspectorate, provision of office equipment, the selection and formation of human resources. Currently, she continues to work with the Main Office as a member of the Public Council at the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region and the Chairman of the AUT in Transcarpathian region.

– Your hard work created, strengthened and developed the tax system and service in Ukraine. The attitude to tax officers in the society has not always been straightforward, but today we are at the stage of development where your credibility, knowledge and skills and our perseverance, dedication and energy will be the basis for the success of the current generation of public servants, the basis for further work of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, its regional bodies on the ground, – the chief tax officer of the region said and wished veterans good health, long life and peace.
