According to the Transcarpathian Meteorological Center, on November 21 a thick fog is expected in the region. Transcarpathian traffic police urge road users to be extra careful and attentive.
In the fog the distance to the object seems to be several times larger than it really is. Therefore, drivers need to reduce the speed as much as possible and increase the distance to vehicles moving ahead. They also need to move with the headlights on, and turn on emergency lights while not moving – informed the Traffic Police Office of MIA of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
