Over the next two days, it will be snowing in Transcarpathia, therefore the situation on the roads of the region will be tough, the regional traffic police warn.
Since yesterday, 50 units of snow-cleaning equipment have been working on the roads, including 8 – on the important transport passes. The traffic police patrols working near particularly difficult areas have been instructed to react to danger situations and assist those who need help.
Transcarpathian traffic police calls on drivers to be alert, respect speed limits and safe distance and use low beam headlights.
