Transcarpathian Regional State Administration will not manage the common property of the community – regional deputies took the delegated powers from the the RSA

The list of powers held by the Transcarpathian Regional State administration has been significantly reduced.

The Council voted to repeal its decision on the delegation of powers. Also, they canceled the decision of 1998 № 29 "On the authority for management of property in joint ownership of village, town and city territorial communities in the region."

Thus, at this point, boasts the greatest power.

The intrigue of the day remains the voting on the dissolution of the Transcarpathian Regional Council which will be done by roll-call and which is expected.
