Since the negotiations with the head of the RSA did not bring the desired results, in particular Ledyda did not allow protesters to use assembly hall for the Constituent Assembly of the People’s Council, they decided to block the building on Narodna Square.
No one goes in, no one goes out. Protestants call on people from districts to come to the RSA and are not going to retreat.

As you know, the rest of the regional administrations in Western Ukraine are controlled by protesters.
