The Transcarpathian Regional Territorial Election Commission registered the first 18 people as deputies of the Transcarpathian Regional Council.
Among the candidates already registered as deputies of the Transcarpathian Regional Council of the 2020-2025 tenure are the current head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Petrov, who was “candidate №1” in the “Sluga Narodu” list, and the first deputy chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council Yosyp Borto. elected from the party KMKSZ "Party of Hungarians of Ukraine".
This was reported by an observer of the OPORA Civic Network from a meeting of the regional TEC held on November 16.
Meanwhile, incumbent MP from the European Solidarity party Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, who was number one on the single electoral list, refused from the seat in the regional council.
At the meeting of the Transcarpathian Regional Territorial Election Commission on November 16, the fillowing persons were registered as deputies: Mykhailo Laba ("Sluga Narodu"), Yosyp Fizeshi ("Ridne Zakarpattya"), Yudita Petei (KMKSZ "Party of Hungarians of Ukraine"), Ildyka Oros (KMKSZ "Party of Hungarians of Ukraine"), Zoya Temnokhudova ("Opposition Platform – For Life"), Yosyp Borto (KMKSZ "Party of Hungarians of Ukraine"), Livia Balog (KMKSZ "Party of Hungarians of Ukraine"), Yelizaveta Birov (KMKSZ "Party of Hungarians of Ukraine"), Oleksiy Petrov ("Sluga Narodu), Edgar Tokar ("Sluga Narodu"), Natalia Shtefutsa ("Sluga Narodu"), Natalia Shetelya ("Sluga Narodu"), Mykola Derbak ("Sluga Narodu"), Myroslav Shcherbey ("Opposition platform – For Life"), Myroslav Biletsky ("Ridne Zakarpattya"), Volodymyr Chubirko ("Ridne Zakarpattya"), Ivan Chubyrko ("Opposition Platform – For Life"), Vasyl Krulko (VO "Batkivshchyna").
During a meeting of the Transcarpathian Regional Territorial Election Commission, it became known that on November 16, 4 of the candidates who were elected to the Regional Council refused to receive seats in the council. In addition to the aforementioned Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, those are Ivan Drohobetsky ("Opposition Platform – For Life", current head of the Polyana community), Volodymyr Symulyk ("Ridne Zakarpattya"), Valentyna Bozhuk ("Ridne Zakarpattya").
Instead, Mykola Slychko ("European Solidarity"), Alyona Tanchuk ("Opposition Platform – For Life"), Ivan Matrunych ("Ridne Zakarpattya"), and Victoria Mykhey ("Ridne Zakarpattya") were recongnized as elected to the Regional Council.
