Transcarpathian police today will get a new chief

On September 19, at 13:00, there will be the presentation of the head of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region. 

Representatives of the public and media are invite to the presentation, that will take place at: Uzhgorod, Rakoczy st., 13. Accreditation can be received until 12:00, by phone 099-972-85-15 (Lydia).

From July 2015, Transcarpathian police was headed by Serhiy Knyazev, who was appointed as the head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After the reformation of the service, Knyazev was appointed as the acting head of the National Police Office, and after his transfer to Rivne, Stepan Dovhun became the acting head of the police.
