Activists of Uzhgorod Euromaidan again formed the "corridor of shame" near the administrative building of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
Anyone, who walked through it to work, was told that they were associates of a criminal regime and handed leaflets about the importance of recent events in the country – namely the newly adopted laws that restrict human rights.
Participants of the rally gathered despite the newly adopted norms and even were carrying "prohibited" items such as a helmet. They stressed that new requirements are contrary not only to common sense but to existing laws guaranteeing citizens the right to freedom of peaceful assembly. Protestants were loudly asking officials, "Whom do you serve?", and calling out "Serve the people of Ukraine!".
This action took place as part of the Party of Regions boycott campaign initiated by the Euromaidan.
