Transcarpathian Museum of Local Lore is 75 years (PHOTOS)

Today, Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Local Lore turns 75 years old!
Transcarpathia was lucky to have a museum in a special place, steeped in history – Uzhgorod Castle.
The quarantine has changed our lives a bit, and who would have thought that someday the usual trips to the museum would not be possible. While there are no visitors, researchers are continuing their research work and new discoveries and exhibitions are waiting for us. And there is a lot to see here. The archeological collection of the museum alone includes more than 40,000 exhibits.
The museum has a wonderful team that study and protect the spiritual and material heritage of Transcarpathian region, give you opportunity to go back to the past for a while, to experience the course of history.
