The Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life reported on its Facebook page about the publication of the third issue of the scientific journal:
"Here is the long-awaited scientific journal of the Transcarpathian Museum of Folk Architecture and Life! Still warm booklets have just arrived from the "Publishing House of Oleksandr Harkusha"!
The third edition of the journal contains materials of the International scientific-practical conference "The research, conservation, restoration and promotion of cultural heritage", held in Uzhgorod on 26-27 of June, 2015. The conference was dedicated to the 45th anniversary of our museum.
The journal contains about 100 articles on the history and development prospects of museums, the principles of formation and organization of museum stocks, museification of archaeological, fortification and sacral monuments, restoration and conservation of cultural heritage, cultural and educational activities of museums, folklore as a form of preservation and promotion of cultural heritage, problems of research and evaluation of traditional folk culture in modern time, traditional folk housing and urban architecture, traditional folk and urban clothing, traditional crafts and trades, calendar and family rituals, philosophical ideas, religion and sacred art."
