The head of Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda by his order approved the regional program of cooperation with Ukrainians and Rusyns living abroad until 2015. More than half a million hryvnias will be allocated from the regional budget for its implementation over the next three years.
Thus, 65,000 will be allocated to conduct intergovernmental commissions on issues of minorities (mainly for accommodation and catering of delegations), 30,000 will be spent for the conference "Frontiers of Unity" which will be conducted by the Administration, the Department of Education of the Regional State Administration will receive 160,000 for the student and youth organizations exchamge program, half a million will be spent for participation of artistic collectives and writers in days of Ukrainian culture and festivals held abroad.
