Transcarpathian Folk Choir invites to the “New Year house”

The Honored Academic Transcarpathian Folk Choir decided to arrange a holiday for Uzhgorod residents and guests. On December 27, they invites everyone to the "New Year’s house."

The spectators will see an exciting program with traditional Transcarpathian folk rituals, carols, vocal and choreographic compositions, songs and dances of ethnic minorities of the region. In particular, the artists will recreate a real village ball (producer – Mykhailo Shyutiv).

There will be surprises too. The artistic director of the choir – Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine Natalia Petiy-Potapchuk. Choreographer – Honoured Worker of Culture of Ukraine Mykhailo Sachko.

So, the "New Year house" of the Academic Transcarpathian Folk Choir will be waiting for guests on December 27 at 18.30.

Hopefully, the last Philharmonic concert in this year will become a fun family holiday, and the audience once again will see how colorful and unique the folk art of our region is.
