In connection with the events that take place in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the Ukrainian people try all possible ways to help military personnel who fight armed militants and terrorists.
Thus, the other day, the initiative to provide logistical assistance to border guards of the Chop detachment was supported by the staff of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region. Within couple of days, they collected donations for border guards. For the collected money they bought more than a dozen kevlar helmets of high degree of protection, two high multiplicity binoculars and rechargeable flashlights.
The head of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region Oleksiy Petrichenko personally handed the border guard the helmets and optical means, and wished them a soon conclusion of the armed conflict and return to their homes alive and healthy.
The staff of the Chop detachment sincerely thank all the staff of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income for such a noble contribution to ensure their safety during combat missions and wish all our compatriots peace and prosperity.
