A Ukrainian businessman at the customs post "Mukachevo" tried to import appliances, including 13 TV sets "Loewe", 3D glasses, decorative panels, metal stands and back cover for TV sets, a ceramic sink "Disegno keramika", without declaring them in the shipping documents and electronic customs declaration.
To determine the value of the undeclared items, the relevant specialists will be engaged.
Thus, during the import of goods, the entrepreneur failed to declare accurate and true information about the name, quantity, weight and value of goods subject to mandatory declaration when being carried across the customs border of Ukraine.
These actions have signs of violation of customs rules under Art. 472 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
The report on violation of customs rules was made, and the goods were seized.
