Transcarpathian coach received a scholarship from the president

The scholarship was awarded to Transcarpathian Vasyl Koval 
Volodymyr Zelensky has awarded scholarships of the President of Ukraine for outstanding athletes in Paralympic and Deflympic sports and their coaches. 
One of the recipients is Transcarpathian Vasyl Koval – coach of the bronze medalist of the 2019 Biathlon World Championship Andriana Kapustey. 
The coach of the champion was awarded a scholarship of UAH 7 thousand.
