Transcarpathian cheese producers have established the Association of Cheese Producers (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

The first congress of Transcarpathian cheese producers took place today.

14 cheese producers (owners and cheese-makers) gathered in Nyzhnye Selyshche, Khust district, and as a result, today is the landmark day for the Transcarpathian gastronomy: Transcarpathian cheese producers (12 farms) established the Association of Cheese Producers.
