The foreigner tried to cross the border checkpoint "Tisa" with a forged passport of a citizen of Germany. During the border control of the passengers of a bus "Kyiv – Vienna", border guards doubted the validity of a presented document. So it was sent for in-depth inspection, during which it was found out that the passport did not belong to the bearer.
Moreover, it did not even give right to cross the border, as in fact it was a document that only confirms the postponement of the deportation of a foreigner from Germany. The man, who presented it, said that he was a citizen of India. As he later explained to the police, in this way he tried to get to Germany in search of illusive happiness.
The offender was detained for identification and transferred to the detention center of the Chop border guard detachment. His further fate will be decided by the court.
