Yesterday, in afternoon, border guards of the checkpoint "Maly Berezny" detained a Slovak citizen, wanted by law enforcement. The 32-year-old foreigner was detained when he was entering the territory of our country.
During the check in the database, it was found out that the man was wanted on suspicion of committing several criminal offenses, including "Contraband" and "Illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives."
The detainee has been handed over to competent authorities.
