Transcarpathian “Blue Lagoon” at an altitude of 750 meters with cool blue water

There are many unique places in Transcarpathia, where you can not only relax, but also see incredible landscapes. One of such places is the so-called "Blue Lagoon", which is located in the forest area 7 kilometers from the village of Chornoholova, Velyky Berezny district, on the Lyutyanka river, which is located at an altitude of over 750 meters. According to the Chief of the Forestry Department of the State Enterprise "Velyky Berezny State Forestry Enterprise" Vasyl Petrun, an ancient waterfall between two rocks created a 2.5-3-meter-deep slough in the river. This is the "Blue Lagoon". Cool water here has a wonderful blue color. There is a path to the lagoon and signs set up by the workers of the Velyky Berezny forestry enterprise.
