Transcarpathian artists will raise money for the army by selling their paintings

"Transcarpathian artists supported our volunteer movement. They help as they can, with their art. The money from the sale of paintings will be used to buy necessary equipment and things for the soldiers" – one of initiators of the volunteer campaign Halyna Yartseva wrote in the group "Support the army of Ukraine (Transcarpathia)" in the social network Facebook. She says that any artist willing to help Transcarpathian soldiers, who are now in the area of the counterterrorist operation, can contribute to the campaign.

According to the volunteer, the idea to involve artists and other creative people in Transcarpathia emerged when the volunteers realized that the needs of our guys in the East require more financial investments.    Artists readily accepted and supported the idea, in particular, artist Odarka Dolhosh and art historian Oksana Havrosh took active part in the preparation of the project.
