Distribution of state subsidies was discussed on Thursday, August 22, at the meeting of the Regional Council Budget Committee, chaired by Vasyl Ivancho. The meeting was attended by members of the regional council, heads of departments of the Regional State Administration: Department of Finance, Department of Economic Development and Trade, Department of the Capital Construction.
At the commission they reported on the regional budget execution for the second quarter of 2013 regarding expenditures from the reserve fund of the regional budget. The Director of the Department of Finance of the Regional State Administration Petro Lazar reported.
After reviewing the agenda, the committee agreed to make changes in the regional budget in the intersessional period.
According to order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 3, "On reallocation of some expenditures and transfer of budget appropriations provided in 2013 for the Ministry of Finance," 9 million hryvnias shall be spent for construction, reconstruction and renovation of social and cultural sphere facilities.
More than 2 million hryvnias have been allocated to complete the construction works and to purchase the equipment for surgical building of the regional hospital in Uzhgorod.
For the purpose of repayment of the difference in heat tariffs, water supply and sewerage services, the state subsidies in total amount of 501,400 have been distributed.
