This year, fourteen Transcarpathian students passed the external independent testing with the maximum score of 200 points. With this figure, the region ranks sixth in Ukraine.
The largest number of this year highest-scorers – nine – are graduates of the Uzhgorod comprehensive specialized boarding school with in-depth study of individual subjects. In particular, four in mathematics: Stanislav Tomash, Jessica Nimets, Dmytro Kuntsyo, and Igor Barenblat. Three in chemistry – Oleksandr Sabovchik, Victoria Tral, and Timur Pukhovoy, and one in English – Maxim Subota. One of them, O. Sabovchik received the maximum score in two subjects – biology and chemistry.
Yana Romanyuk, a graduate of the Mukachevo Gymnasium, received the highest score in German, a student of Khust School №2 Eduard Pavlyshynets – in physics. A graduate of the Vynogradiv school №8 Yaroslav Bendarevsky received 200 points in mathematics, a student of the Vynogradiv Gymnasium Kostyantin Agafonov – in chemistry. A graduate of Volovets school Anna Zorivchak received the highest score in biology.
On July 26, the best graduates of Transcarpathia were congratulated at the regional state administration.
At the end of the meeting, the leaders of the region presented future students letters of gratitude and valuable gifts. Diplomas were also presented to parents of the students and heads of the educational institutions where they were studying.
