In Transcarpathia, tariffs for water are the highest in Ukraine. According to the National Commission for the State Regulation of Utilities, as of August 1, the average tariff for water supply and wastewater treatment in our region is 8 hryvnias 38 kopiykas. Menawhile, the national average for this tariff is 3 hryvnias 63 kopiykas.
The highest tariffs for water supply and sanitation are in Svalyava – 10,24 UAH. The following in the anti-ranking is Vynogradiv with 9,90 UAH, and Velyky Berezny – 9,71 UAH. The cheapest water in Transarpathian region is in Chop – 5,22 UAH. Next – Perechyn – 6,60 UAH and Mizhhirya – 6,75 UAH.
