Transcarpathia is electing its literary heroes

The Commission to award the F.Potushnyak Regional Prize in Literature held the discussion and secret vote, reported Mukachevo.net.

So this year’s winners are: in prose – Dmytro Keshelya, in poetry – Vasyl Kuzan, in drama – Petro Hodanych, in children’s literature – Lyudmila Kudryavska, in literary criticism – Tetyana Likhtey.

The decisions were adopted almost unanimously. Now they must be approved by the committee to award regional prizes. But usually, nothing unexpected happens there.
