Transcarpathia is among the top regions with highest rental prices (RATING)

3,352 UAH is the average cost of a monthly rent of a one-bedroom apartment in December 2018, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine informs .

The highest rents are in Kyiv. The cheapest apartments are in Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk and Luhansk regions.

Rating of the cost of renting a one-bedroom apartment (data for December 2018):

 the city of Kyiv – 6,636 hryvnias;

 Odesa region – 5,457 hryvnias;

 Lviv – 4,488 hryvnias;

 Transcarpathian – 3,641 hryvnias;

 Kharkiv – 3,447 hryvnias;

 Chernivtsi – 3,372 hryvnias;

 Rivne – 3,357 hryvnias;

 Vinnitsa – 3,338 hryvnias;

 Khmelnytsky – 3,005 hryvnias;

 Kyiv – 2,906 hryvnias;

 Cherkasy – 2,830 hryvnias;

 Zhytomyr – 2,810 hryvnias;

 Poltava – 2,703 hryvnias;

 Volyn – 2,560 hryvnias;

Kirovohrad – 2,528 hryvnias;

 Ternopil – 2,469 hryvnias;

 Dnipropetrovsk – 2,452 hryvnias;
