As of 10.00 a.m., on Tuesday (5.12), vehicular traffic on all four passes on the administrative border of Transcarpathia is free. As a result of the fall of trees on the roadway, traffic was partially restricted on the roads in Uzhgorod, Perechyn, Velyky Berezny, Mukachevo and Khust districts. Rescuers were sent at the scenes, in most cases vehicular traffic is already free.
– In the thirty settlements of Transcarpathia, which were without power due to bad weather on Sunday, power supply has been restored, – Hennadiy Moskal reported.
– At the same time, on Tuesday night, due to snowfall and fall of trees on power lines, two feeders in the mountainous part of Velyky Berezny district were cut off; Mircha, Chornoholova, Zavosino, Bukivtsyovo and Smerekovo villages are without power supply (in total, about one thousand households).
Emergency crews are working on the site; power supply should be restored in full by 15.00.
