Train “Rakhiv-Lviv” ran over a 20-year-old boy

The machinist of the passenger train "Rakhiv-Lviv" hit a guy. The victim is currently in hospital with injuries of both legs.

At the stretch "Delyatyn-Nadvirna" the machinist used the emergency brake: a man was on the track.

The collision could not be avoided, resulting in a 20-year-old resident of Ivano-Frankivsk region getting injured.

The victim was taken to Nadvirna CDH diagnosed with injuries to the lower third of both limbs.

The information on the incident was entered in the Unified registry of pre-trial investigations. The pre-trial investigation continues. The circumstances of the incident are being established.
