The Carpathian news agency, during December 2016, conducted a survey to determine community leaders in Transcarpathia.

The experts selected representatives of various sectors of society, who in turn gave their scores in expert questionnaires (0 to 10).

It was based on expert survey KIA 2015, sociological interview and content analysis data collected by the Carpathian Polling Research Center.

The most influential man of the year 2016 in Transcarpathia, according to the total score (74), is Hennadiy Moskal (head of the Transcarpathian RSA).
